As a result of continued growth despite difficult economic conditions, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager to work alongside the Internal Audit Manager. As an experienced Internal Audit professional you will have a proven track record of planning and delivering risk-driven audit assignments on a functional basis. You will also be required to assist with the design and preparation of the annual audit monitoring plan, work closely with a range of senior stakeholders across the business with a particular focus on areas of business risk, control weakness and potential operational effciency enhancements whilst supporting the Internal Audit Manager by playing a key leadership role supporting the training and development of the Internal Audit team. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant or IA professional with a relevant qualification with excellent people management, presentation and relationship management skills.
