Our client is a leading provider of insurance and financial services in the US, with rapidly growing international operations, seeking to recruit two ambitious and commercially-minded individuals ( one for the Northern region and one for the Southern region).
Job Description
- Develop and expand sales of wealth management and insurance products through designated bank branches - Cooperate closely with branches and individual decision-makers within to fully understanding products and services and their suitability to bank customer needs - Understand competitor products to be able to demonstrate the strength of the company products - Develop personal business plan for each designated bank branch, consistent with area objectives - Identify and provide support needed (training, resources etc.) to deliver agreed targets - Ensure product sold is appropriate to the customer's needs - Ensure best practice in compliance and sales skills against agreed benchmarks
Who we are looking for
- Strong networking, relationship development and management skills - Self-starter with strong time management and organization skills - University graduate calibre - Knowledge and proven experience in financial products and/or services particularly investment markets and mutual funds - Minimum 3-year track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets - Working knowledge of financial planning tools and usage in local market place - Considerable experience in selling within bancassurance environment will be a strong asset - Knowledge of local competitors (insurance and non-insurance companies) - Spoken English
