    The role would require you to take care of the financial delivery against budget and maintain weekly project status reports. You would require to manage risks and issues with mitigation and treatment plans and also devlope project schedules on time delivery in line with expectations. The job holder would also need to manage the stakeholder relationships, liase with virtual team members in Bangalore, consult with country heads and manage vendor relationship with Infosys.

    In addition to being up to date and completing risk and issue logs, project scheduling and project management plan you would also need to deliver adequate resourcing of project, capture complete and accurate requirements. Other responsibilities would include providing country solutions aligned with Asia Banking transformation program objectives.

    Skills


    Core banking project experience with a minimum of 5 years project management experience and proven track record in successful implementation of a complex transformation program with a multi million dollar budget is a mandatory requirement. You would also require to have excellent proven project management skills, excellent communication skills, proven expertise in developing and maintaining Project Management Plans for complex projects, proven experience in implementing and successfully managing release management.

    Excellent relationship building skills and project management experience in a banking environment is also essential. It would be an added advantage if you have previous experience in project management in Asian countries with Finacle implementation experience and Vendor leadership experience. Also advantageous would be if you possess team leadership experience and knowledge of MIDANZ.
