travel involved

You will assist the Head of Legal :

mainly in (90%)

• contractual analysis and drafting of international agreements
• providing legal advice to other departments of the Group, mainly in contractual matters

as well as in (10%)

• trademark portfolio management
• legal intelligence, mainly in the field of international business law, IP law and competition law

What you need to be successful in this role :

• Bac+5 degree in business law is compulsory 
• excellent written and spoken English and French.  German and/or Italian is considered as an advantage
• open minded, eager to learn and to take initiatives
• able to work without constant supervision
• team player with outstanding communication skills
