The Bank is a successful Saudi Investment Bank who have recently branched out and opened up an office in Bahrain. They are now seeking expansion with one of three proposed teams focussing on Project Finance, Infrastructure, Energy and Power.

The focus will be on capital raising, advising on and arranging Infrastructure/Project Finance transactions firstly in the region, and quickly expanding internationally.

They are therefore seeking a Director to lead the Infrastructure/Project Finance Team, build it and develop it to a team of five reasonably quickly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Director to develop their career quickly, and be part of a new expanding team with excellent support and backing from how established the bank is in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have Infrastructure/Project Finance experience at a top tier Investment Bank, focussing on Islamic Banking based here in London – Looking for a move to an institution with higher deal flow.

In order to be successful you must:

• Have an excellent track record in Project Finance, Infrastructure, Energy or Power transactions
• Have experience in Sukuk
• Have experience in Islamic Banking and be familiar with the concepts
• Have local and international Infrastructure/Project Finance experience
• Be excited about the challenge and opportunity to build up and develop such a team
