The traditional insolvency roles of administration and receivership appointments are now supplemented by a greater focus on the recovery of both the business operations and the business model. Financial restructuring and reorganization, corporate investigations, and business reviews now form a greater part of offshore insolvency work.
We’re looking for Qualified Candidates with a previous insolvency / forensic / corporate recovery background who are fed up of their long commutes, large team environment and would like to get involved in the liquidation of high-profile Cayman Hedge / Mutual Funds.
