The successful candidate will be a senior credit manager, with responsiblity for managing the credit analysis and risking processes for the investment bankers, capital marketers as well as credit originators. You will work very closely with the front office in ensuring that appropriate risk mitigants are adopted and structured in place in order to protect the bank's position. You will also play a significant role in managing the risk of the India portfolio. You are also responsible for managing and training junior credit members.

ideally you must have at least 8 years of relevant credit research and/or credit risk experience gained from a leading financial institution. You must possess excellent knowledge of the local India corporate environments as well as Indian institution. You should be a disciplined and highly prudent risk manager and be able to assert your opinion in a polished manner. You should have good people management skills and leadership quality as we are seeking a "team leader in the making" sort of DNA in this candidate.
