In order to re-enforce our dynamic team in Brussels we are currently seeking:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Role:

• In order to develop a strong client base, you will be actively involved in the development of the company's recruitment activities via intense prospectus and client visits.

• You will develop close cooperation with your clients with an aim for quality and excellence

• You follow up assignments, contact clients and candidates, schedule appointments, post job offers…

• You will equally be in charge of selection, interview & presentation of candidates matching our job offers.

• You contact and search for candidates through different recruitment channels.

• Depending on your experience you will be in charge of the complete fulfilment of a job offers portfolio.

Profile:

• You have at least a bachelor degree and a first gained commercial experience.

• Perfectly bilingual in French and English or trilingual in French, English and Dutch, knowledge of German being a great asset.

• You have a sound judgement, the tenacity and determination to complete challenging assignments, and the flexibility/adaptability required to be successful in a multi-task, entrepreneurial, team environment.

• Strong willingness to invest yourself in a young & dynamic company, offering challenging opportunities to motivated staff, operating in a truly meritocratic environment where your hard work and results are recognised and rewarded.

• Experience in banking & finance would be considered as an asset.
