We currently seek Client Service Associates to join the Equity Research team in Hong Kong to provide support on research projects.

A team of more than 180 Analysts and Associates provide insightful and timely research through a range of products tailored to meet our clients' needs.
We are currently looking for Client Service Associates to join the Equity Research team in Hong Kong to provide direct support to client analysts on primary source research projects.
Working with sales / client relationship managers and industry experts, these positions are primarily responsible for the timely delivery of appropriate industry consultants for each client project.
Daily effort includes:
Sourcing, recruiting and vetting industry consultants for addition to Macquarie's network of consultants
Researching industry segments, identifying roles across the value chain within an industry and targeting industry participants for recruiting to the network
Direct interaction, primarily by telephone and email, with existing and potential industry consultants, client analysts and assistants for the scheduling of expert consultations
Communicating directly with clients concerning any new or ongoing project updating them in a timely way with progress and new potential consultants and obtaining consultation feedback for each meeting scheduled
Maintaining records of client project work, keeping an accurate account of all consultations
Skills Required:
This role requires superlative communication skills. Given the rapid turnaround required and the specificity of client work, CSA's must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form
Knowledge of equity markets, along with a desire and intellectual curiosity to know more
Ability to maintain several projects simultaneously, managing time and effort to complete all work with high degree of quality within client timing requirements
Desired Personal Attributes:
1 to 2 years work experience in a client facing role
Demonstrated aptitude for direct sales (cold calling)
Demonstrated drive to succeed, positive attitude and outgoing personality
Fluent Mandarin language skills (both written and spoken)
