Their substantial human resources group has leading edge selection and retention strategies and is recognised as a major driver to the success of the business globally.
As a result of maternity leave, an opportunity exists for a highly experienced organisational consultant to join the company's Group OD team. The Group OD function is responsibile for a variety of functions including selection and talent management. This role will be a key member in a small team responsible for developing and enhancing the competency and talent management framework. In addition, you will need to build relationships with HRD's in the business in order to effectively roll-out the system.
In order to be successful, you will need to be a qualified psychologist with an excellent track record in this field gained in an investment banking environment.
