Working within the Global Marketing team, you will assist the Brand & Corporate marketing team in both raising and maintaining awareness of the AXA IM brand, its visual identity, strategic positioning and corporate messaging, amongst key internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following: 

*     Assisting the team in ensuring the strength and coherence of the brand across the organisation (visual identity and corporate message): i.e. across investment expertise and geographical markets 

• Responding to requests about the corporate message, strategic positioning and visual identity
• Ensuring regular update of corporate information across communications channels and tools, including the brand and corporate sections on the intranet
• Participating in defining brand strategy 

*           Assisting the team in its coordination functions 

• Team governance
• Team “Knowledge Sharing” tool
• Key contact point for various requests originating from business teams across the global organisation in order to develop a strong understanding of the business and the industry. 

*           Other activities: 

• Work on Responsible Investment
• Work on the specialist research review, Investment Acumen 

During the internship, you will work in close collaboration with the other communications teams (internal communications, web communications, press relations, advertising and events) as well as within the global marketing team – local marketing teams, fund range management, marketing intelligence etc. 

What type of profile are we looking for:

• Currently undertaking a Master’s degree with a keen interest in market finance or international capital markets
• Experience in marketing and communication is a plus but not a prerequisite
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is required
• Good writing skills
• Organised and rigorous with attention to detail
• Curious with a strong team spirit
• Capable of taking initiatives
• Knowledge of Power Point, Excel
• Web tools know-how is a plus
