The role will focus mainly on Front Office recruitment within the area of Investment Banking, with our ideal candidate being someone with direct experience working in Investment Banking or who is currently a Recruitment Consultant covering the banking sector.

The successful candidate will support the Head of our Investment Banking practice in the execution of assignments and be responsible for the management and closure of assignments at the appropriate level.

In this position, the candidate will be expected to:

- organize search strategies and methodologies
- assist clients in identifying quality candidates through research, screening and interviewing of potential candidates
- help build long term relationships with clients and candidates
- show initiative and be able to work independently
