The Corporate Finance arm of a rapidly expanding global consulting firm with a strong focus on areas such as restructuring , M&A and Due Diligence is currently looking to add to the team. The division provides analytical services to debtors, creditors and other stakeholders of companies experiencing liquidity problems, over-leverage, under-performance and other business transition issues. The aim is to recruit experienced talent from nationally recognised accounting and restructuring firms, corporations, industries and investment banks. You will be an ACCA, ACA or equivalent, qualified ideally from within a ‘Big 4’ firm with experience of managing Corporate Restructuring projects for corporate clients potentially in distressed debt situations. You must have the gravitas to interact with team members and clients at all levels and to bring in business for the company if not immediately then certainly in the future.
