Sydney based, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of Australian investments. This will involve taking a hands on management approach and building scale through providing financial and intellectual capital as well as enhancing control through management, governance and system improvements. This will involve formulation and execution of corporate strategy for the portfolio companies. Where appropriate you will sit on boards of these companies. The role will also include working with the deal teams to assist with initial screening and evaluation of investments and managing the commercial due diligence process for investments and exits.

We envisage the successful candidate will have started their career in strategy consulting and now be working within a corporate where you will have gained line management/operational experience. As the portfolio investments are in different sectors and have distinct challenges and opportunities you must be bale to work on a number of projects at the one time. Appropriate tertiary qualifications and outstanding communication skills will be assumed.
