This is a key hire to the group and requires someone with deep technical compliance knowledge and exposure to working on and leading global compliance programmes. With oversight for compliance across multiple business areas and jurisdictions, the role will be to work alongside the Head of Compliance setting long term strategy, policy and procedures for the firm.

Previous experience at implementing policy and procedures is important as well as the ability to build and maintain business wide relationships with team members, divisional departments and senior management. Strong communication skills are essential along with demonstrating a proven track record in achieving buy-in and support with front office areas and new business strategy.
