This specialist team partners with other HR teams to provide planning, analysis and management of HR information, and also provides specialist technical expertise, advice and support to a variety of crucial global HR processes that impact all UBS IB employees. The team also plays an active role on the global operating committees for both compensation and reporting systems in their governance, on going testing and enhancement The HR Global Reporting team is structured into 3 primary areas: Global Systems, Global and Regional Reporting and Global Talent Reporting:
The role of the Junior Systems Analyst will be to partner with the Lead Systems Analyst as part of the Global Systems team. Key areas of responsibility for this role will be: 1. Project based work for compensation planning tool (CPi) and global reporting warehouse tool (GRW) 2. Co-ordinate and provide system administration and user support for UBS IB for CPi and GRW: 3. System improvement and testing 4. Core Process support
You will have experience in a HR Information Systems role and you will be familiar with PeopleSoft. -It is highly desirable that you are advanced in Excel and have basic Access skills.Knowledge of Business Objects or similar tools is also beneficial. You must be capable of producing ad-hoc work, at speed and to a high degree of accuracy.
