The Responsibility: - The incumbent will work with business partners in marketing and agency to plan, develop and coordinate operations and marketing materials for new products, contests and campaigns. - He/She has to prepare and compile periodical reports in the accordance with timeline set, and develops new report templates when necessary. - He/She will gather business requirements, plan, and oversee for timely sign-off of product spec/user acceptance for the testing for system enhancement and new product implementations. - He/She is will monitor and track expenditures incurred in each campaign launched. - He/She will work with partners in marketing, actuarial, distribution channels, operations to calendars campaigns and sales targets. - He/She is responsible to prepare marketing plans and roadmaps for alternative channels. - He/She is responsible to perform reviews and audit after sales process on campaign launched and suggest improvements. The Requirements: • He/She must be a graduate with a good degree. • He/She must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in life insurance companies or insurance brokers. • He/She must have good knowledge of insurance, investment or financial-related products. • He/She must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (Able to get things done through people) • He/She must have strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to work under tight deadline. • He/She must be willing to travel when required.
