Our client is a well an established and well-respected Financial Institution within Singapore. Due to the business need, they are looking to identify an experienced Senior Vice President & Head of Finance to manage the finance, treasury and facilities functions in Singapore.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic input and effective leadership on financial and other issues affecting the organization across the various functions and teams under your charge. You will also develop and implement financial policies, manage the Treasury function and the FX exposure of the company. In addition, you will ensure accurate and timely statutory and MIS reporting as well as providing proactive tax advisory to business units.
You must possess a Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting with a minimum of 15 years of progressive development and experience in applicable business roles. You should have strong managerial, problem-solving experience, analytical, project management, and communications skills. Working knowledge of accounting standards, tax, treasury and a strong understanding of risks and internal control is also required to perform well in this role.
