They will be responsible for the booking of FX transactions for cross currency trades, driving the team for continuous improvement. Lead Hong Kong and regional centers for STP implementation. Undertake reviews of operational performance. Proactively initiating operational improvements to ensure client expectations are met. Allocation and confirmation of institutional cash equity executions. Liaising with front office & settlements in the resolution of client failed transactions. The individual will have extensive contact with traders, marketers and external brokers on a daily basis and must be able to understand the pressures of working on a trading floor of a complex business.

It is essential the individual has good knowledge of Asia equity product and operational environment, is control minded with good accounting skills and over 5 years Cash Equities Regional Markets Middle Office experience.
