RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Investment Managers and Managing Partners in executing the firm's investment strategy
- Conduct fundamental analysis of portfolio companies' financial statements to determine credit worthiness
- Analyze monthly portfolio company financial performance and industry risks and communicate conclusions to Investment Mangers and Managing Partners
- Review, analyze and draw conclusions relating to prospective portfolio company investments and present results to the Investment Managers and Managing Partners
 

Ideal candidate will be a 3rd Year Analyst or Associate and have graduated from top school undergraduate program in 2004 2005 .

Candidate must have excellent credit background. Credit / Leveraged Finance experience or Hedge Fund experience a must.

Excellent understanding of the capital structure a must

Candidate coming from boutique or small hands on team are major plus.
