Experienced e-Learning / Blended Learning Manager is required to build a new e-learning capability within an established international Bank in the City.
• Build and manage relationships with the key Business Managers and other L&D professionals to establish the needs of the Divisions. Ascertain what learning needs may be served by e-learning and devise appropriate solutions to satisfy those needs.
• Work with and manage external providers to develop and implement appropriate solutions.
• Over time, to develop and build an e-learning architecture and delivery framework to meet the needs of the business on an international basis.
• Maintain excellent relationships with a range of external providers and thought leaders to ensure that the e-learning function remains as innovative and creative as possible.
• Integrate all e-learning solutions into the wider L&D offering.
• Build and develop a team of people as necessary.
Candidates must be experienced in e-learning or blended learning and have broad based knowledge of strategy development, e-learning technologies, solution development and implementation. A knowledge of financial services is not necessary as full training will be given in the Banks products and services.
