Our client is continuing its expansion plans in Asia with a growing recruitment function. This role will help to drive resourcing strategy and activity to ensure that business growth goes ahead as planned.

You will:

• Report into the Regional Head of Resourcing
• Be responsible for putting in the structure and methodology behind resourcing and recruitment processes
• Be hands-on in understanding the needs of the business and guiding sourcing strategies
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholder to coach and influence them in employer/employee branding, assessment and selection technique, as well as the overall recruitment process
• Be accountable for the success of key recruitment outcomes 

The successful candidate should have:

• Recruitment experience gained within sizable multinational organisations or an RPO environment
• High levels of motivation, adaptability and pro-activity
• Demonstrable experience in providing value added resourcing solutions to their business partners
• The ability to think strategically but also be very happy to act tactically within a small and fast-moving environment
