The Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Production of complex MI reports (both periodic and ad-hoc) for parent company
• Assisting the monthly close process including the preparation of accruals and prepayments, petty cash, payments and receipts

• Implementation and on-going maintenance of expenses and fixed asset records.

• Maintenance of bond and bank accounts

• Assist in preparation of VAT return

• Monthly reconciliations

• Assist in producing timely and accurate monthly reporting schedules for parent company

• Prepare ad-hoc reports for parent company

• Communicate and liaise with third parties (Fund Managers, Asset Management, Fiscal Representative, Service Provider……)

• Assisting in preparation of year end audit files and assisting external auditors

The Person

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who is an ACCA finalist or IATI qualified. You will have at least 3-4 years accountancy experience preferably in Financial Services. You will need to enjoy working in a close team environment where you will develop an understanding of key business issues. It would be advantageous to speak fluent Italian although this is not essential.
