Regional Business Controller

Our client is a US MNC in the technology sector. They are a market leader and one of Fortune’s most admired companies. They have a strong brand name and solid business growth.

This position supports one of the key verticals of the company. As a key member of the regional finance team, this position is responsible for strategic business leadership, in partnership with the Directors of businesses and managing all aspects of the Financial Statements. You will lead the region’s finance by driving insights and highlighting business opportunities across all parts of the business. In addition, you will be a key contributor of the Asia Pacific leadership team in leading cross regional financial processes and strategy planning processes.

Ideally, you are a degree qualified CPA/CA, with at least 12 years’ relevant experience in financial planning and business controllership. You have proven track record in operating in a matrix organization and collaboration across multiple teams to accomplish organizational goals. You work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Relevant experience in the IT industry will be highly advantageous. You will possess substantial people management experience and possess the confidence to deal comfortably with senior leadership.
