Our client provides specialised fiduciary, accounting and administration services to global financial institutions and investment management firms. They have offices in key onshore and offshore financial centres. 

Currently they seek to recruit a high caliber professional from a hedge fund background (minimum 4 years experience) with a professional qualification(ACCA/ACA/CIMA etc) to join their team in Grand Cayman.

Individual will be charged to take responsibility for their own portfolio of clients and provide a full cradle to grave service.

Key Responsibilities include:

• New Business take on.

• Preparation of net asset value calculations and prices per share on a quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily basis, as required

• Processing and reconciling of all trading activity including automated interfaces with prime brokers and custodians and automatic trade uploads from investment managers

• Expense calculation and accruals

• Full limited partnership accounting

• Internal audit - liaising with auditors as appropriate

• Relationship management

• Cash Management (establishing and operating client bank accounts in all major currencies, executing foreign currency trades)

• Transfer Agency and Registrar services

• Liaison with Investment Managers

• Compliance (AML/Financial Reporting etc)
