Our client is a European MNC with its regional headquarters based in Singapore. They have been registering very good growth in the region, and continue to see expansion going forward. The organization has good work culture and values the people in the organization. They are seeking to recruit a high caliber Regional Financial Controller.

Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will be responsible for the financial and management reporting for the entities in the region. In addition, you will be responsible for regional cash management, forex hedging positions as well as overseeing the tax planning function for the region. You will also be involved in various projects in the region, feasibility studies and due diligence as the business seeks to grow in the region.  

To be successful in this role, you will be a CPA/ CA with at least 12 years’ post graduation experience, and spent the recent years in a regional finance role with a progressive multinational. You have strong technical knowledge and are well versed with the financial and statutory requirements for various countries in the region. You are energetic and have strong people management experience. You are a proactive and hands-on leader, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to liaise with senior management in Europe as well as staff in the region.
