POSITION: We are looking for a Global Head of HR to develop the HR function with a particular emphasis on recruitment.
REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have first-hand experience of recruitment in emerging markets as well as major financial centres. The ability to establish global standards and procedures in the HR function, and a willingness to travel regularly will be prerequisites.
