Our Client, a leading Corporate Finance firm and Global leader in Financial Restructuring is seeking a Spanish Speaking Analyst, Associate and a VP to join their highly successful Restructuring team.

Due to growth, our client is looking to strengthen their existing team through the addition of an Analyst, Associate and Vice President to join their Restructuring business. Their Financial Restructuring Group is well regarded as one of the Premier Restructuring teams on a Global basis and has been involved in some of the most high profile restructuring processes to date. As a result they have a strong pipeline of activity and are currently seeking extra team members to support this growth. Your role will include but is by no means limited to the following: • Conducting analysis and producing reports of distressed companies • Assisting in development of restructuring strategy • Working on the execution of distressed M&A and maintaining control of the overall sales process Analysis of distressed company commercial, financial and liquidity positions from perspective of debtor or creditor advisory role.

An excellent Academic track record, which includes a post-graduate qualification like an ACA is required.Experience within restructuring and/or insolvency/corporate recovery gained within a recognized financial institution is essential for this position. In summary the following criteria is essential:

  • Top tier US/European Undergrad
     
  • MBA from US school
     
  • 2-3 Years in one banking Analyst program
     
  • 1-2 years banking work experience (therefore @ 4 years work experience)
     
  • Fluency in Spanish
     
  • Short notice period advantageous

Please note any candidates interested in this position must be strong with LBO modelling as you will be required to sit a 3 hour LBO case study.
