1) Vice President - Team Leader     

- Min.10 years experience within the wealth management/IFA industry    

- Aum book size of USD +20 million and above (Fully Transferable)    

- Management Experience: Min 3 years experience in leading a team between 2-10 advisers    

- Current Earnings: in excess of HKD +1 Million per annum    

2) Senior Relationship Manager     

- Min.5 years experience within the wealth management/IFA industry     

- Aum book size of USD +10 million and above (Fully Transferable)    

- Management Experience: Min 1 year experience in leading a team between 1-2 advisers    

- Current Earnings: in excess of HKD +500K per annum 

3) Para-Planner (Adviser)    

- Min.1 year experience within the wealth management/IFA industry    

- SFC and CIB Qualified     

- To promote full range of financial service to customers     

- Immediate past annual income > HKD 300k per annum  

Candidates for all of the above post must:

• Either be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or with valid work visa with their current employer
• Experience in either product range: insurance (universal life, term insurance, general insurance, savings plan), portfolio bonds, mutual funds and private banking High Net Worth Solutions
• Currently be employed with either an insurance company or a bank but within wealth management business unit or an IFA either local or expat based in Hong Kong or overseas returnees
• Preferably agred  between 25-35 with a University degree
• Matured, self-motivated, driven by both money and success and a team player
