Our client is a $6bn plus debt focused hedge fund that has a strong global reputation for distressed investing. Due to the current climate in the financial markets they are looking to raise new funds targeting distressed and restructuring ideas.  

As a result of this capital raising and also due to increasing deal flow they are looking to expand their European team. They are looking to hire experienced private equity professionals with distressed situation or private equity turnaround experience. 

The right profile could include: 

• An investment banking training.
• Several years in a Private Equity fund. 
• Extensive deal experience specifically with turnaround or distressed situations. 
• Additional European languages a bonus.
