Our client is an established and highly successful bank with a strong footprint in the region. As a result of continued strong growth, it is seeking to recruit a high potential, energetic, and driven individual to join its operations team here.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead and motivate a team of 5 in supporting and processing multi-currency mortgage loans and deposit accounts. You will be involved in developing and implementing effective operational plans, as well as ensuring that drawdowns, rollovers, repayments and prepayments are processed in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, you will be supporting the business in product launches, as well as system implementation and migration.

Degree qualified, you will have at least 3 years of relevant experience ideally gained in banks/financial institutions, with a good knowledge of retail banking products and operations, preferably in mortgage loans financing and deposits. Good communication and interpersonal skills would be an essential. You have strong leadership skills and can effectively supervise staff as well as work independently to meet deadlines.
